Is the LinuxCon Europe October 26 - 28, 2011, Prague

http://events.linuxfoundation.org/events/linuxcon-europe

now the same as the Embedded Linux Conference Europe (ELCE) 2011?

There is some rumor that these were merged. But the above page doesn't 
even mention the string 'embedded'.
