mkswap(8) currently supports two versions of swap area -- v0
 "SWAP-SPACE" and v1 "SWAPSPACE2".

I intend to remove the old v0 swap area support from mkswap(8).

The kernel has not supported v0 since 2.5.22. The new version v1 is
supported since 2.1.117 (and I guess all 2.4 users use also v1).

 Comments?
