Codex pointed out that addr is already in bytes, so there's no need to
shift it by 9.

Heh.  So looking at this tracepoint, the length value is sorta garbage
when wbc->range_end is LLONG_MAX.  I think it'd be more useful to set
the length with i_size instead:
