Remove the server pointer from smb_message and instead pass it down to all
the things that access it.

For the stable backport, also move the existing TRANS2 receive helpers to
smb1transport.c.  This mirrors the later upstream code motion needed for the
fix being unblocked while retaining the stable implementation unchanged.
