* where's the HOWTO?

Where is the HAM-HOWTO.  I've checked on the new "sunsite",  ibiblio, 
and it's no longer there (just above the HARDWARE-HOWTO).  Plus, all the 
links I have to it no longer work.

I believe it was discontinued a couple of years ago.

I think they are different:

HAM-HOWTO: for amateur radio software based on linux, including
satellite tracking, BBS, logging etc. not only for packet radio.
Amateur Radio AX.25 HOWTO: Mainly talk about AX.25 and packet radio in
linux.
