Hi all

anyone know of a morse decode program, pref with FFT that can cope with 
speeds of less than 1 wpm or slower.
Playing with something on 10 GHz.

I think you mean something as QRSS. Type QRSS as keyword into Google and you'll
get plenty of useful info. Is that for EME ?
