[Linux-ia64] [PATCH] fix RAID autodetect on GPT-partitioned drives

The attached fixes RAID autodetection on GPT-partitioned drives;
the code was never actually compiled before because
CONFIG_AUTODETECT_RAID is a dead symbol.
