The following is question from a client--any comments would be appreciated:


	The second issue was about the availability of a library for parsing
the 
	dwarf2 debug format, that
	Linux Itanium uses.  This is more or less a long shot as GNU has
provided a 
	GPL version for the last
	decade or so.

SGI has a libdwarf package which can parse and generate dwarf2 debug info.
I believe it is distributed under a BSD style copyright.  I've never tried
to use it myself.  See ftp://ftp.sgi.com/sgi/dev/davea/.
