Hi,
is there any deeper reason that include/asm-ia64/checksum.h declares
_HAVE_ARCH_IPV6_CSUM and declares csum_ipv6_magic(), although that
function is implemented nowhere?

Don't think so. I know we haven't played with ipv6 at all.
Probably just a case of too much copy & paste.

None of them (afaict).
Delete the declaration in include/asm-ia64/checksum.h so it uses
the generic code. We (HP LSO) have a patch but I don't think david
has seen that yet.
