* [PATCH] iio: fix memleak in iio_cb_buffer handling

iio_channel_get_all_cb() was not releasing cb_buff->buffer.scan_mask on error
path. Neither was iio_channel_release_all_cb(). Fix this by using single
allocation for entire iio_cb_buffer data.
