[linux-lvm] LVM2 Rescue Disk

Does anyone know of a rescue disk image that supports LVM2?  I've looked around a bit, and the closest I can find is Knoppix with LVM (1) support.

I got one with linux 2.4.19, LVM2 utilities, fdisk, mke2fs and busybox 
on it.
I can try to put it on my site this evening.

Try this: http://coredump.free.fr/linux/lvm2_floppy.img
Then (sorry if I assume that you don't know how to do) :

# dd if=lvm2_floppy.img of=/dev/fd0 bs=10k

The kernel is compiled with all IDE interfaces. No SCSI is available.
