Hi Felipe,

Could you please pull the following three patches for v3.16 ? They've been 
reviewed on the linux-media and linux-usb mailing list.

The following changes since commit c9eaa447e77efe77b7fa4c953bd62de8297fd6c5:

ok, are these patches being merged in any other tree ? I don't usually
take pull requests, only patches, so if these aren't merged anyway, I'll
cherry-pick them as patches.

They're not, so feel free to cherry-pick them.
