[PATCH] media: davinci: vpif: replace GPL headers with SPDX-License-Identifier

The VPIF code uses slightly nonstandard phrasing for its GPL headers,
which caused them to be missed by previous SPDX-License-Identifier
conversions. Replace these headers with SPDX-License-Identifier.
