Hello *,
I get a null pointer dereference when loading the mceusb module with a
0471:0613 "Philips (or NXP) Infrared Transceiver" (kernel 3.9.0-rc4, but
using an older kernel makes no difference).
Below is the output of dmesg and lsusb -vvv.
Please note the usbhid.quirks parameter, it prevents the usbhid module from grabbing the device.
At 222 seconds I issued a "modprobe mceusb" command.
The remote is not working.
