Folks,
As usual the number of patches posted spiked sharply after rc5 was
release. Feel free to post patches whenever you want - but I'd like
to remind that 3.12-rc5 was the deadline for me to accept patches
for 3.13. Anything that I haven't applied yet is 3.14 material.
Bug fixes are of course exempted from this.
