where do i get pci utilities for mips? i was trying to use pci utils but it looks like it can't be cross-compiled. can anyone help?

For example,
ftp://ftp.linux-mips.org/pub/linux/mips/redhat/7.3/RPMS/mips/pciutils-2.1.9-2.1.mips.rpm
The source rpm is nearby.
