Hmm, I thought we'll eventually introduce SLAB_FREE_ flags rather than
reusing SLAB_ALLOC_ flags (and then translate SLAB_FREE_NOLOCK to
SLAB_ALLOC_NOLOCK when allocating sheaves) rather than reusing
SLAB_ALLOC_ flags...
