Can't see 25th line on ltsp telnet terminal

I am setting up a network to use an old color text mode dos program under 
dosemu, using old PC's  as terminals booted to linux via ltsp (www.ltsp.org).

The terminals boot into text mode, i can telnet to the server and run the dos 
program and everything looks good except the last line of the display is cut 
off.  In our program this "bottom line" is the menu which tells you which 
Fkey to press, so we kind of need it.

Any help is appreciated.

Run "stty rows 25" in your telnet shell before starting Dosemu.
