hi, i run on SuSE 8.0; DOSemu 1.0.2
When logged on as normal user, dosemu "forgets" to reserve video BIOS ROM, and any program that is intended to change font, access video directly, it FAILS. (when logged on as root - everything goes fine). I don't use local configuration - everything is global. (all normal users are c_all ands unrestricted). On X (KDE 3.0) dosemu detects it's on remote station (though started locally) or on console. And both root and non-root starts of xdosemu fail to use $_X_font, $_X_icon, ... and then happens the same problem with video.
