I guess that your version of flex is too new. This will be resolved in due
time, but for now it's probably best to downgrade your flex to 2.5.4 (if i
remember well you use Debian so you could try installing the flex .deb
from debian-stable).

It worked! Thanks! I mean the compiling. Haven't tested dosemu
itself yet.. am going to do that now.
