If I create file in the DOSEMU environment, and want to access it back in the
linux environment, then where can I find that file.

Thanks

When you run dosemu, you should see where you have mounted the DOS partition
in question, assuming you did that. For instance, when I load dosemu, I see
this as my last line, before I see the C prompt:

 D: = LINUX\FS/MNT/DOS attrib = REASD/WRITE
 "Welcome to dosemu 1.2.1.0!"

That tells me I mounted the relevant partition at

 /mnt/dos

That's my D drive when I run dosemu.

To find out where your C drive is, assuming you have a local install, go to

 ~/.dosemu/drives

In that directory you will see another directory called 'c'. It will be
sym-linked to another directory, which is where your drive C is in you
linux filesystem.

Also, to find out what the directory called 'c' is sym-linked to, do this:

cd ~/.dosemu/drives
ls -l

Here's what I get:

lrwxrwxrwx  1 ralvy users 24 2004-11-21 16:29 c -> /home/ralvy/dosemu/msdos/

That tells me what c is linked to: /home/ralvy/dosemu/msdos
