Hi there,

While back, I read a post about how to benchmark/judge
a firewall. Is anyone out there know where to find
such information?

I want to find out the right way determing firewall's
performance. Is it right to judge a firewall simply
based on the throuput/second as what the vendors seems
be doing.

Yet, I am wondering how the "network state inspection"
would impact firewall's performance. Is it more
prudent to benchmak firewall's performance based on
"session/second"?

Any input is appreciated! Thanks
Mike
