  Fix handling of POSIX ACLs with zero ACEs
  Fix handling of zero length ACLs for file creation
  Do not allow (N)VERIFY to check POSIX ACL attributes
  Set the POSIX ACL attributes supported
  Change a bunch of function prefixes to nfsd42_
