[PATCH 7/8] PCI/AER: Update AER sysfs ABI filename

Change Documentation/ABI/testing/sysfs-bus-pci-devices-aer_stats to
Documentation/ABI/testing/sysfs-bus-pci-devices-aer to reflect the broader
scope of AER sysfs attributes (e.g. stats and ratelimits).
