[PATCH] PCI: rcar-gen4: Update how to obtain platform firmware

[Marek Vasut]

Renesas R-Car V4H (r8a779g0) has PCIe controller, and it requires
specific firmware downloading. The firmware is now available via
linux-firmware.git repository, update the documentation about how
to obtain the firmware and drop the conversion script.

I'm happy to hear that the firmware is now distributed through linux-firmware.
In this case, we no longer need the documentation as this driver is not special
anymore :)
