Subject: RAID5 format 2.4 vs 2.6?
Date: Mon, 26 Apr 2004 09:34:55 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20040426073455.GA2101@nettis.grimsta> (raw)
Hi,
I have a raid5 array on a 2.4 machine, but I'd like to
upgrade it to the 2.6 kernel. In case I have to go back
to the 2.4 kernel, is the raid5 layout identical, or
will the 2.4 kernel barf after the 2.6 kernel has touched
it?
Regards,
/Basic
