Hi Palmer,

now that we are in the middle of the merge window for Linux 4.17
I'd like to understand what the status of all the remaning basic
RISC-V supports bits that are in the riscv-all tree are.  Which
of the drivers or support bits are queued up and/or merged in what
other non-riscv trees, and where do you need help to make things
happen?

Ah, I need lots of help!  Right now the biggest blocker is getting our 
first-level interrupt stuff sorted out.

Are you going to be at ELC next week?  Maybe we could chat there?

I've gotten distracted with stuff for a bit, but IIRC I had some patches that I 
was pretty much ready to pull the trigger on.  Let me go back through and 
tomorrow, I'll try to get back to you.
