Hi all,

here are some some small updates to scsi tracing; it fixes the
decoding for MAINTENANCE_IN and MAINTENANCE_OUT and adds definitions
for the new ZBC_IN and ZBC_OUT commands.

As usual, comments and reviews welcome.
