Correct spelling mistakes of the SAS/SATA Vendor Specific Port Registers.
Fixed "Vednor" to "Vendor" in VSR_PHY_VS0 and VSR_PHY_VS1 comments.
This is a non-functional change aimed at improving code clarity.
