Sorry guys,could you suggest to me where to study the structure of a touch
panel device driver. I have looek for examples into video driver, char driver
and documentation directories, but I have found nothing.

This is not a forum for introducing people to kernel development.
If you have these types of questions then you should be taking them to
the appropriate forum and mailing list. In this case, you probably want
to start with:

for relevant links.
Once you've narrowed down a subsystem you are interested in, then of
course you can post more specific inquiries to that subsystem's mailing
list.
While you can feel free to Cc the linux-sh list on matters that
cross-over between general subsystem and architecture-specific matters,
none of the general purpose discussions belong on this list.
