Hello,
At bootup
Feb 11 10:58:59 www12 kernel: WARNING: unexpected IO-APIC, please mail
Feb 11 10:58:59 www12 kernel: to linux-smp@vger.kernel.org
I'm running Redhat Advanced 2.1(Linux version 2.4.9-e.3smp). Do you need
anymore information? Like sys specs or a boot log?
With kind regards,
Gijs Hesen

Its an ancient kernel so doesnt know most of the modern APICs. This
shouldnt be a problem.

I have installed linux 7.1 on a duel intel processor machine.
I get the message testing the IO-APIC and to email you. Then the machine craps out after testing CPU0. Can you help?
