Hi,
We are currently using kernel version 2.4.7.

Any comments on what needs to be done to clear this up and
make sure it does not happen again.

The APIC messages are just debug info. Not relevant. The 2.4.7 kernel
probably is. I think every vendor who released a 2.4.7 kernel has since
released multiple errata updates for it. Start with your vendors current
errata kernel

Well, the error message listed this email addy for reporting errors. Maybe you can help us out.
The system we are getting this error on is an IBM X-series 360 server. It has 4 Pentium 4 xeon processors with hyper-threading enabled. We are running Redhat Linux AS 2.1 with kernel 2.4.9-e.3enterprise.
