Audio control requests that sets sampling frequency sometimes fail on
this card. Adding delay between control messages eliminates that problem.
usb 1-1: New USB device found, idVendor=2fc6, idProduct=f0b5
usb 1-1: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=3
usb 1-1: Product: iBasso DC-Elite
usb 1-1: Manufacturer: iBasso
usb 1-1: SerialNumber: CTUA171130B
