I am just wondering if it is possible to compile support for the
SoundBlaster 64D PCI into the kernel. I have tried, but it does not get
detected. The soundcard is built into the motherboard. I am using
linux kernel 2.2.1

Is this an option in a later kernel, or how do I do it with this kernel.
Thanks

Tim

What does 'cat /proc/pci' or 'cat /proc/bus/pci/devices' say?
