time sound into the socket with minimum delay ...
2>are there any command line mp3 players with option
of writing the the ouput not only to audio device but
also to socket

Hi!

For the 2nd point:

You can have a look at www.linuxapps.com and select the Multimedia section

There you will find players. Or enter a word iin the search panel (top
right in your browser).
