* [PATCH] staging: rtl8723bs: fix multiple blank lines in hal/ files

Remove multiple consecutive blank lines in hal/hal_* and hal/sdio_*
files.

This fixes the following checkpatch.pl check:
CHECK: Please don't use multiple blank lines
