Good afternoon, all,
I have a fedora core 3/i386 filesystem that seems to Work Well For
Me(tm). It's at http://www.stearns.org/uml-root/ , with some brief
install notes at
http://www.stearns.org/uml-root/root_fs.fc-3-base.pristine.20050605.note
The filesystem deliberately has a relatively small number of
installed packages. You can install additional packages with rpm or yum.
Cheers,
- Bill

Good morning, all,
I have a fedora core 4/i386 filesystem available at
http://www.stearns.org/uml-root/ , with some brief install notes at
http://www.stearns.org/uml-root/root_fs.fc-4-base.pristine.20050622.note .
I haven't booted it yet, but it seemed fine with chroot.
The filesystem deliberately has a relatively small number of
installed packages. You can install additional packages with rpm or yum.
Also, as I don't think I announced it, there's an fc4/x86_64 root
filesystem in the same place.
Dave, would you be so kind as to announce these three filesystems
on www.usermodelinux.org? Thanks in advance...
Cheers,
- Bill
