[PATCH 2/2] thunderbolt: Add support for Intel Meteor Lake

Intel Meteor Lake has the same integrated Thunderbolt/USB4 controller as
Intel Alder Lake. Add the Intel Meteor Lake PCI IDs to the driver list
of supported devices.
