[RFC] staging wireless crap: tell people not to work on it

Any objections from anyone on this? We've had somebody clean out otus
because he thought it was a good idea...

I already sent a similar patch to Greg:

But there's no mention of at76c50x-usb. I'll send an updated version
to him.

(I hope this mail manages to go to the linux-wireless list. All my

I like it. Actually I think we can even use more clear words here to  
make sure nobody is wasting his/her time on staging drivers crap :)
