* [PATCH] wireless-regdb: Update regulatory info for Malaysia (MY) for 2024

Malaysia Communications and Multimedia Commission announced CLASS ASSIGNMENT NO. 1 OF 2024[1], with the following changes to wireless SRD frequency class assignment(s):

5925-6425 MHz EIRP has increased from 2022 assignment[2] of 200 mW, to 250 mW; refer to page 10.
5150-5250 MHz EIRP of 1 W has changed from 2022 assignment[2] of indoor & outdoor, to indoor-only at 1 W; refer to page 20.
5250-5350 MHz EIRP of 1 W has changed from 2022 assignment[2] of indoor & outdoor, to indoor-only at 1 W; refer to page 20.

Update limits of existing entries accordingly.

Based on page 20 in schedule two of 2022 assignment, this should have
already been limited to indoor only.

Please also align the rule boundary with the official rules. This should
now show 2400 - 2500.

This should show 5150 - 5250.

This should show 5470 - 5650.

Also, for bands 5250 - 5350 and 5470 - 5650, the PSD limit is 10 mW / MHz,
effectively limiting the EIRP to 200 mW for a 20 MHz channel. There is
no way to describe PSD in the database, so we can only go with the smallest
channel width for PSD calculation.

This should show 5725 - 5875.

Malaysia Communications and Multimedia Commission announced CLASS ASSIGNMENT NO. 1 OF 2024[1].

With reference to class assignments on page 10, and Power Spectral Density (PSD) limits on page 20, update the following rules:

2400-2500 MHz: Align previous 2402-2482 MHz rule to class assignment
5150-5250 MHz:
  1. Align previous 5170-5250 MHz rule to class assignment
  2. Mark as NO-OUTDOOR
5250-5350 MHz:
  1. Align previous 5250-5330 MHz rule to class assignment
  2. Limit EIRP from 1 W to 200 mW due to PSD limit of 10 mW/MHz, calculated at 20 MHz channel width
  3. Mark as NO-OUTDOOR
5470-5650 MHz:
  1. Align previous 5490-5650 MHz rule to class assignment
  2. Limit EIRP from 1 W to 200 mW due to PSD limit of 10 mW/MHz, calculated at 20 MHz channel width
5725-5875 MHz: Align previous 5735-5835 MHz rule to class assignment
5925-6425 MHz: Increase EIRP from 200 mW to 250 mW (remains within PSD limit of 12.5 mW/MHz)
