It doesn't seem to be used anywhere.

Maybe this script should be run one day:
$ git grep --name-only CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL arch | \

Yeah, I think that'd be great. I had originally done that back in
2012, but I was told it would "naturally" leak out of the defconfigs
over time so I should leave it out of my series. Seems like that's
less true than expected. :)
