[PATCH] dma: add COMPILE_TEST to AMBA_PL08X

[Rosen Penev]

The LPC18XX driver has COMPILE_TEST in it that does not get selected
because of a depend on AMBA_PL08X. Adding it here enables COMPILE_TEST
there.
