Message limitations

Hi all

tell  me,  please, why my first email was not arrived to the maillist?
It was about 200KB of size, and about 100KB of attachment.

What limitations used in this list?

You did not even tell when the message was sent,
not anything really identifying factors on it, like
the message-id header value.

A big one is no html email.
