Qualcomm has effectively paralyzed itself by failing to provide any 
drivers or documentation for the Snapdragon X series processors. The only 
way to use this hardware is through Windows and its WOW64 emulator-which 
should be called 'Trash64'-or community-driven drivers, which are never 
good or stable. Furthermore, due to its limitations, Windows is 
ill-suited for the ARM architecture compared to Linux

You might want to check out some of the  available docs for running on Snapdragon X;
for example:

It's still a bit experimental, but hey I'm running my Asus Zenbook A14
fairly happily!
