[LTP] [RFC] [PROPOSAL:: LTP MINI SUMMIT] [OLS 2009] Should developers/stakeholders Meet ??

Well, stirring up an old mail/discussion. My visit for OLS 2009 has been
finalized, and, i am travelling. If some of you are travelling, lets
meet up and have some good time there.
