Not yet.
I hope to get it moved to mlmmj.org when Morten is back from vacation.
He is the primary maintainer :)

If I may... Don't use such retardated thing like CVS or SVN, and setup
something modern like Git (or mercurial but I like it less).

Yes git is very nice indeed. I don't have a lot of experience with it,
so I'll have to read some docs on how to set up a GIT repository so that
it can be written to without giving a shell access.
