The patch titled
dma-mapping: remove unnecessary sync_single_range_* in dma_map_ops
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
dma-mapping-remove-unnecessary-sync_single_range_-in-dma_map_ops.patch
Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's

Subject: dma-mapping: remove unnecessary sync_single_range_* in dma_map_ops
From: FUJITA Tomonori <fujita.tomonori@lab.ntt.co.jp>
sync_single_range_for_cpu and sync_single_range_for_device hooks are
unnecessary because sync_single_for_cpu and sync_single_for_device can
be used instead.
