Subject: drivers/rtc: remove unneeded ifdef CONFIG_PM
From: Christian Dietrich <qy03fugy@stud.informatik.uni-erlangen.de>

Because CONFIG_PM is a precondition to CONFIG_ACPI, the ifdef CONFIG_PM
within ifdef CONFIG_ACPI is redundant.
