Yikes, I was planning to fix this but I forgot. The conditions are in
reverse, it should be:

	if (flags & BRIDGE_VLAN_INFO_PVID)
		pvid_changed = (vg->pvid != v->vid);
	else
		pvid_changed = (vg->pvid == v->vid);
