Correct "miliseconds" to "milliseconds", reported by scripts/checkpatch.pl
using the misspelling list in scripts/spelling.txt. Only touches comments,
no code changes.

We often don't take these sorts of patches because they tend to create
merge conflicts when other patches alter code in the same area. If
you're making real code changes in the area, then sure, go ahead and
fix nearby comments, but making typo fixes in isolation is usually more
trouble than it's worth.
